Mission Statement



To obtain knowledge through studying the Word of God in an effort to mold and build strong men whose focus is to seek after God's own heart.

At Guiding Light Ministry, we endeavor to come together as men and learn how to become God’s man. In this ministry, we receive training about loving our wives as Christ loved the church. This is also an opportunity for us to discuss issues that pertain to Manhood.

Mission Statement



To minister to ourselves and others, to provide outreach and service to the community, recruitment and retention of Women of Christ, and to fellowship and reconnect through steady sisterly love and bonding.

So many times we as women go through life without a purpose. The devil makes us think we are only good for staying at home and caring for the children, but we can have PURPOSE in our lives. We can make a difference in our church, community, and business. We can be women of God in our homes and be successful in the work place.

Women of Virtue (WOV) was designed for women with a desire to have prayer, purpose, and power as a guide to everyday living. Through PRAYER, God will give us our PURPOSE and ideas to be successful in carrying out our PURPOSE. PRAYER is the key and faith unlocks the door. Through PRAYER and fasting, God gives us the POWER to carry out our PURPOSE. This same POWER enables us to overcome our trials, tribulations, emotional storms and fears. It’s time for us to walk in POWER and faith because our God has not given us the spirit of fear but of POWER, love, and a sound mind.

At Guiding Light Ministries, we are striving to become the women that God desires for us to be—Women of Virtue.
